What is this program about, and how is it different from others?
One thing that became quite apparent while studying and investigating a healthy lifestyle for over the past decade, is that every single body has it's individual needs and wants. No two people can mirror each other's eating habits, cravings, and nutritional needs.
As a coach, I believe in a realistic approach to a healthy lifestyle. There aren't any shortcuts to creating your goals, the less you feel restricted the more likely it is for you to keep up your healthy lifestyle choices. When creating these changes, understand that while one diet or nutrient restriction can do wonders for one person, doesn't necessarily mean that the same would be for you. It is important to choose wisely what kind of lifestyle you want to live in the long run and then follow that through.
It's Personal is a program I designed with the help of you, The individual client! We collaborate and create your own realistic lifestyle. One that allows your 'vices' and 'treats' without having to include a "cheat day". Cheat days are for restrictive diets and this program is a lifestyle.

I want to keep this relationship close and personal (Hence the name). Being a hands-on coach means being involved each step of the way! Communication is key when designing this program, so any changes or questions will be discussed when needed.
I'm pregnant, is it safe for me to diet?
Diet? Let's take diet out of our vocabulary while you are creating a human inside of you!
It's Personal has a special program for all you soon to be mama's.
It will include the same information you will get in the original program, plus:
An understanding of nutrients needed while pregnant
Information on how to safely stay fit and healthy while pregnant
Prenatal workouts throughout pregnancy
Information regarding fetus nutritional needs throughout pregnancy
I just had a baby, should I be thinking to join yet?
Absolutely! Just make sure to wait about 6 weeks and speak to your doctor before. Having a baby is an amazing experience! Changes in your lifestyle will be made, whether you like it or not! The lack of sleep, less time to yourself, don't worry it's not all that bad, just changes you will have to work with. A special program is designed for this chapter of your life, It will include the original program plus:
An understanding of nutrients for breastfeeding mothers
Work out programs to ease your way back into an active lifestyle
Information on what exactly is going on with your body
How to achieve results quickly

Prices vary from $150 - $250/session accordingly to plans. For all inquiries email me at .
Located in Los Angeles, I offer clients nearby to come in weekly, biweekly or monthly for check-ups (40 minutes). This will include an introductory consultation (1.5 hours) where we will discuss your goals and create your own program. You will be measured (BMI/BMR/AMR number and fat % too) and be handed your own "It's Personal" program folder with all information included.
Being an Integrative Health Practitioner, the goal is to heal common issues, whether it's gut-based issues, weight loss goals or optimize your overall well being. Instead of putting a band-aid over it we work together with top lab companies to allow us to get to the root cause and reverse it. Integrative medicine doesn't diagnose your conditions, rather try to heal you the natural way.
Fitness instructor program: Coming soon!
Information regarding fitness and work out routines are included in the original program. I included an option for those who would rather a face to face fitness coach. It will too include a consultation where we will discuss your goals, present a fit test and design an ever-changing fitness routine designed for your needs.
You will have the option to choose from daily, fortnightly or monthly checkups and will be charged accordantly.
What if I don't live in Los Angeles?
That is totally fine! We will keep in touch with optional phone calls/video calls or just old fashion emails. Your program will be emailed in Printable PDF format and I will present to you a program designed based on your needs. Fitness programs can be incorporated. The only thing that won't be included would be the face to face consultation.
